Refunds

Refund Window

We offer an extremely limited refund consideration window of twelve (12) hours from the exact time of purchase. Refund requests submitted after this 12-hour period will not be considered, regardless of the reason.

Non-Delivery: You did not receive the software download link or license key within a reasonable timeframe (typically minutes) after a successful payment confirmation, and you have contacted us within the 12-hour window. We will first attempt to resolve the delivery issue.
Major Defects / Non-Functioning Software: The software is demonstrably broken, non-functioning, or fails to perform its core advertised functions immediately upon installation, AND you have contacted us within the 12-hour window providing detailed evidence (like screenshots or error logs) of the issue.
We reserve the right to first attempt to resolve any technical issues. If we cannot rectify the problem related to a core function within a reasonable timeframe, a refund may be issued at our discretion.
Compatibility issues with third-party software or specific system configurations (unless explicitly guaranteed by us) do not typically qualify as major defects.
Crucially, even within the 12-hour window, refunds will NOT be issued if:

The license key has been activated or used.
The software has been downloaded and there is no demonstrable major defect (as described above).
The request is based on reasons listed under the “General Policy” section (change of mind, mistake, unmet system requirements, etc.).
